I was just wondering because this issue cuts across various Ministries. It is not just an issue for the Ministry of Finance. It also involves the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Information and Communications. Could that Statement be directed to the Office of the Prime Minister because he is the person who should answer if an issue cuts across Ministries?"
