    "content": " Thank you. I also welcome this amendment in consideration of the significant amount of resources that go to our security organs. Such resources cannot go without audit queries, especially from the Auditor-General. This amendment will ensure that we at least do not have misuse of resources in the guise of security. I rise to support this amendment."
