I do not know whether what I am about to say would be procedural or I should say it later, but I thought that with this progressive amendment coming from the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning relating to the Office of the Auditor-General, it would not be fair if we did not register our appreciation on behalf of Kenyans.
