    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate the Chairman and his Committee for their dedication. I was in the House when the matter of misinformation and disinformation concerning this Bill was discussed this afternoon. On the contrary, as I sat there presiding, I listened to the Chairman move very strong amendments. I also listened to Members on both sides of the House supporting and providing strong justifications, stating that this is a Bill that will enhance governance, as many Members have said. It will also ensure that the Auditor- General is more effective in her work."
