    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have a question to the hon. Cabinet Secretary, pursuant to the Cabinet release yesterday with regard to Bosto Dam in Bomet County. My question is with regard to the arrangements that the approval was made. Is it a concession that will require further advertisement on the process or is it within the earlier arrangement that had been made? Mr. Speaker, Sir, the release did not clarify the formation within which that approval was made. I would like to know from the Cabinet Secretary in what formation that approval was made."
