We understand that the contractor approved the project under the financing agreement through Danida. So, we would want to know what the status is. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we also understand that the contractor withdrew or terminated the contract on Ruiru Dam Project. After terminating the contract, the financiers from France withdrew. So, is the Cabinet or Ministry allocating some money for this project; that is, the Ruiru Dam?"
