"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I feel you are releasing the hon. Cabinet Secretary with his response to the other questions we had directed to him. There are other questions that do not qualify pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.53. However, I request that in terms of Standing Order No.1 and because Hon. Mugaa is ready to answer those questions which are relevant to the interests of people of Kenya that we represent, please allow him to respond even as he prepares to come back here next Wednesday to respond to the other approved questions. Kenyans will hear from him on the other questions the hon. Members have requested."
