    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I support the Leader of the Majority Party. This country can only prosper and go far if the representative of the people share resources equitable. That is why the Constitution gave us the mandate to look into the budget. Otherwise, the National Treasury should give us the budget and we just approve it. The framers of the Constitution felt it fit to bring that mandate to the House. This is because the previous Ministry of Finance under the previous regimes did very dangerous things in terms of sharing resources in the country. Do we want that mandate to be abused? That will not happen. It will only happen over our dead bodies."
