As mentioned by the Leader of the Majority Party, it would be beneficial for this Bill to be passed as soon as possible. I come from Trans Nzoia County, which is mentioned in this Bill, and I want it to be passed as soon as possible because there are a number of outstanding issues. It has been very difficult for the counties to account for some of the money they are given. In my county, there are very serious projects that have come to a standstill because there is no additional money. For example, a market project has stalled.
