    "content": "As we do these revisions, let us also look concurrently at the need to do comprehensive reforms within the Judiciary. One of the areas that has caused us this backlog is sometimes the calibre of the judges that we appoint. I urge the Attorney- General to take up this issue so that whenever we make further appointments to the Judiciary, we be inclusive and get opinion from professional bodies such as the Law Society of Kenya."
