    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this important legislative process. There were admissions by the Attorney-General that we have 53,000 civil cases pending in our courts. We all know, and he knows better than all of us, that justice delayed is justice denied. It is taking eight to 20 years for somebody to get justice. So, the amendment to introduce arbitration in our legal system is something extremely important."
