    "content": "I support this Bill because I come from a community that had its own justice or court system, where people could handle any case, including murder cases. There were punishments meted by that process through leaders. I do not see anything that involves our African traditions and values in this particular amendment. If we have to reduce all the pending cases, which are many, then they had better be dealt with at the community level. This Bill deals with the commercial cases in the Republic and not cases involving the poor who cannot afford justice. Cases involving the poor are not prosecuted because the victims cannot raise money to hire a lawyer."
