    "content": "I would like the Attorney-General to look at the legal fees. If international arbitrators will come to this country, they will raise the cost of arbitration to the level of our courts. If we are introducing a law that will reduce the suffering of Kenyans, then it must be cheap. Should the Attorney-General find a certain level of poverty amongst our people, then the State must meet the cost of arbitration instead of the parties agreeing. This is because the parties cannot agree where one party cannot afford the cost of arbitration."
