    "content": "The other issue I would like to touch on is publishing the names of those enlisted as arbitrators so that people can know who to approach. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I believe they will also be subject to the Public Officer Ethics Act, so that they do not institute corruption. One of the things that the public today is crying about is corruption in our courts. I believe this is one of the ways that might help us reduce corruption in our courts, so that other avenues of settling disputes can be undertaken without resorting to corruption. So, the issue of fees is extremely important. Let us have a list of who is doing what, who is supposed to be handling what and who is capable of arbitration, so that the people can know them and be able to meet and discuss with them before they appear before them for court processes. I think there is also need for education. Many people would not know what this new law means. We should be able to educate Kenyans through the print media and radio talk shows, so that they can know that they can actually get justice through this process. With those words, I beg to support."
