    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, one concern is the cost of arbitration. Arbitration is supposed to be cheaper than the courts. However, this is not necessarily so, because there are no schedule of fees an arbitrator can charge. This is one thing I want to appeal to the Attorney General. There must be some guidelines as to how much arbitrators can charge. Although in effect, it is supposed to be a cheaper process than the court process, sometimes, it is not always so. Given that we want to pass this Bill as soon as possible, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
