If we have something dealing with marine, we have people qualified to solve the dispute. By so doing, arbitration becomes very convenient and cheaper. Of course, the other advantage is that if there are very sensitive issues, which can be heard in camera, we can do so, under arbitration. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of enforcement of the award is something that needs to be addressed. This is because when you take back disputes to court, you will get the same jam that we are trying to avoid. It was also said that arbitration is supposed to be quasi-judicial. That issue has been raised here. We must really get out of it by ensuring that whatever we do through arbitration is finalized.
