Eddy had the Floor, and he had a balance of 14 minutes. He is not in, and therefore, we will proceed to allow any other Senator wishing to make the comments on this particular Motion. From my dashboard, I do not see any indication. Hon. Senators, clearly, there is no indication from any hon. Senators wishing to speak. Therefore, I will allow the Mover of this Motion to proceed to reply. Sen. Murgor, please, proceed."
