How I wish that this project can be open, transparent even if not to all Kenyans or Senators because we have the Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing. My suggestion would be, let the Government disclose and tell the Committee of this House what it wants to do with KenGen, how much it will cost and whether it is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
