    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also join the rest of my colleagues and yourself in welcoming all the students visiting this august House to follow the proceedings first-hand. In particular, I welcome Olderkesi Secondary School, which is from my constituency. This is a school from the most remote part of Narok County. Last year, they had a mean score of about 8.02, which was the best in the county. This is commendable. Additionally, amongst them are our future leaders. I wish them all the best. Thank you, Hon.
