Is there any reason why they do not have those particulars of next of kin, legal dependants and so on, so that after an officer has died they should wait until the the Provincial Administration, the chiefs, provides them with information? When is the Assistant Minister going to ensure that personal files of all employees contain all the information, so that they do not delay payments when a person passes away?"
