    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that Kshs10.6 million is not the only amount of money that has been used to resettle IDPs in the country. Whereas that amount was a very generous contribution from the Members, it was a drop in the ocean and could not have been used in the whole country. The Government has used over Kshs1.6 billion in the resettlement programme and we are yet to use more money. We expect to get more funds from the Treasury which we will utilise to complete this exercise. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we also gave out some money for people to buy materials for building but most of them were unable to use it for that purpose. They used it for other purposes. As a Ministry, we are still going on with this exercise. Some IDPs have gone back to their farms. We will deal with the other IDPs when we get more funds."
