There is uprooting of tea and coffee in Central Province. That has been due to exploitation of farmers by the management, poor returns on coffee and tea and also poor management. What action is the Minister going to take to motivate coffee and tea farmers in Central Province, so that they can be able to produce better coffee and tea and improve their living standards?"
