    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Migori/Trans Mara skirmishes have so far left a total of seven people dead. The District Security Intelligence Committees (DSICs) from the two neighbouring districts of Migori and Trans Mara held an urgent meeting on 23rd April, 2009 at Masurura, which is within Ogwizi Market, involving leaders of the two warring communities. The political leadership was invited, but only the Member of Parliament for Migori, Mr. Pesa, attended. Meetings of both DSICs and leaders, including politicians, will continue to be held."
