"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, out of what the Assistant Minister has said, I would like to ask the following: As I said, the problem is the killing that has been going on; it has brought this problem, but I am happy that the communities are now together. However, the police have not contained the situation because of a number of reasons, one of which is that the Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD), Kilgoris, has no vehicle. He is not able to investigate this matter. Could the Assistant Minister consider giving this officer a brand new vehicle, so that he can move? The district is very vast. He cannot investigate cases because he is immobile."
