    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, my Ministry has, first of all, beefed up security in those expansive areas. We are also encouraging community policing. That simply means that police officers can come together with the communities and flush out the criminals. I think that will end the rivalry and bring the criminal activities down. Now that we are going to ask Parliament to give us money to recruit more police officers, we will be able to beef up security in those conflict-prone areas."
