    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this issue of Land Control Boards and Tribunals is a critical one. This is because some districts, including my own Bunyala District, have been operating without this important organ. This has been going on for close to one year. Could the Assistant Minister clarify how long it takes for a communication from the Ministry to reach the district? In my case, we have been waiting for a communication from the Ministry for the last eight months and we have not received any. What is the process of the district getting to know what could be holding the process of approval?"
