    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we also need to recognise the challenges that we face. One of the challenges we face, captured in the Second Supplementary Estimates, is the piling of our public debt. We are spending a lot of money paying our debts as they mature. That will be a very big problem as we move forward. There is also pressure for expenditures. When I sat in the Budget and Appropriations Committee in the last Session, I realised that all sectors require resources. The roads, education and health sectors require resources. The pressure for resources will be a very big challenge for us. As a House, we must look for ways of raising our own resources to fund some of those demands."
