Speaker, through your ruling and to help the House make progress pending the composition of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, you decided that the Liaison Committee handle the Second Supplementary Estimates. Hon. Speaker, I can confirm that the Committee has done a very good job. They have listened to Kenyans and other Committees. The Report before the House has the full support of the Members of my Committee. During our meeting in the morning, we were briefed on the progress of the Second Supplementary Estimates.
