    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to support the Second Supplementary Estimates 2024/2025. Budgets are projections. That is why we quarterly review the Budget based on the performance of revenue collection by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). That is why we keep revising our programmes and budgets, which is the stage we are at. We are evaluating the Second Supplementary Estimates to provide resources to run the Government for the next three months."
