"content": "There are many stalled road projects in the country. We prioritised allocating funds for those roads in the Supplementary Estimates to ensure contractors complete stalled projects. This may not touch all regions in the country. However, we ensured that we resourced the Ministry so that they could allow some of the contractors to complete the roads ahead of the rainy season."
