    "content": "of strikes in this country. There is a lot of industrial unrest and labour issues in this country because of money. I am happy because this Supplementary Budget will take care of that. One of the most important things here is that certain universities are almost on the brink of collapse: Moi University and Egerton University. They require urgent measures to ensure that they stay afloat. One of the things that I have noted here is that some little money has been put aside to help Moi University and Egerton University. This is very positive. I give the professors there the good news that this Government has set aside money to rescue Moi University and Egerton University. These are good universities. I went to one of the most prestigious universities in this country. There are alumni who went to Moi University and Egerton University. They are ashamed of them because they look like ramshackles now. I want to give them the good news that 'these small universities' will get money to rescue them."
