    "content": "Committee. I am a Member of Parliament. I know how it is done, but it is not done how it is required. Nobody is following the law. If you look at the State Department of Water and Sanitation, you will not find a single project for my constituency or anywhere else in that region. How do you expect me to run up and down to every department and appear before every Committee to request projects? I have written over 55 letters to committees and departments to include projects in my Constituency. You are promised it will be done, but when the Budget is brought before the House, you will not find a single project that has been included. We do not have anybody who honours his word. How do we cure this, Hon. Temporary Speaker? As Members of Parliament, we are the ones who are supposed to appropriate the Budget. But how are we doing it? Are we doing it the right way? With those few remarks, Hon Temporary Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity."
