"content": "better. This means they will give their all to students who come out well furnished, well- educated and civilised. Some cultures - like teachers not teaching well due to demoralisation, salary delays, and lack of promotions that have been derailing us - will be eliminated. We will have a civilised society that can articulate issues and agree to disagree. We will, as a nation, move progressively and forward. That will also curb much of what happens due to biasness, especially on women and people living with disabilities. Education is paramount if we keep motivating, promoting, and paying teachers on time. Much will change. Infrastructure is good. We will attract investors if we have better roads. There are so many remote areas in Kenya that you can hardly go to. We have neglected a bigger chunk of Kenya that is so resourceful. We will be doing a lot of nothing if we do not improve infrastructure like roads and hospitals, among others. We are not attracting and creating new money in the region if we do not attract investors. Only old money will be circulating. That means poverty will not be escaped. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I have much to say about economic reforms, but I will stop there to let my colleagues contribute as well. Thank you."
