There are ladies who are married in counties where they cannot be employed because they cannot produce marriage certificates. I hope the Departmental Committee on Education will get to the bottom of this matter. I do not think it is just an issue in Kitui County, but a concern across the board. The Question is to be replied to by the Departmental Committee on Education. Next Order."
