    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, we undertook to issue a Ministerial Statement today which was sought by hon.Yakub. We have agreed that I can issue it next week. However, since any Question before this House belongs to the Members of Parliament, I seek the indulgence of the House since we did not get a comprehensive reply. Our officers got confused because there was a question yesterday on Mzima Springs which is part of the Ministerial Statement that we were supposed to issue today. Due to that confusion, the answer they gave is not comprehensive. I beg to issue the Ministerial Statement on Tuesday next week."
