    "content": " Hon. Sarah Korere spoke about the issue of marginalised areas that have been left behind. I appreciate that it has been captured here. There is a proposal of merging parastatals that fall under the ASALs and the Northern Corridor where there are many stalled projects. An example is the tomato factory that is being done by Ewaso Nyiro South Development Authority (ENSDA) in Kajiado South. That project needs an allocation of Ksh200 million plus to kick start it.
