    "content": " On the issue of the new funding model, I do not have to repeat what has already been said about the challenges our students are facing with this new funding model. I am happy that it has come up and the Department has been given a deadline of 30th June 2025 to make sure that this matter is sorted. Secondly, on the issue of TVETs, we should come up with a clear guideline to make sure that we stop the confusion that we see when it comes to matters of promotion and deployment. These are critical issues that affect the department and that deadline must be honoured. Not only that, in other departments as well, you can see that deadlines have been given, but we must focus on those deadlines to make sure that we hold the departments accountable to do the things that they are supposed to do so that the resources are equitably distributed amongst Kenyans.
