    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the attention of the PSC on the Review of the Constitution has been drawn to the debates and reports in public domain concerning statements attributed to political parties regarding contentious issues on the Constitutional Review Process. This honourable House is aware of the long and torturous history of the Constitutional Reform Process in this country. Hon. Members will undoubtedly, recall that the National Dialogue and Reconciliation Committee formed to spearhead the mediation talks after the post-election crisis in 2008 identified, under Agenda Item 4, the need to complete the comprehensive review of the Constitution in order to address the root causes of the political crisis triggered in the December 2007 General Election."
