    "content": "Order, hon. Members! I do not think we are going to add value to this matter as at where we are. I have gathered the mood of the House and I also want to bear in mind the past practice on how we have managed Ministerial Statements. I wish to direct that we proceed with those hon. Members who want to request for clarifications in the light of the Statement which was delivered by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government. Those hon. Members who may have further issues beyond the Statement or, perhaps, on the documents that they do not have time to get up on this afternoon, can reserve their requests for clarifications until the Right hon. Prime Minister or whoever will deliver the Statement next Wednesday, in response to the Member for Saboti does so. But for the moment we will dispose of the Statement delivered by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government. Those who have requests to ask with respect to that Statement may proceed to do so. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government, could you kindly take note."
