This is in keeping with Standing Order No.82, under which an hon. Member is expected to be responsible for the truth of facts that he states here. This is very important because if, upon analysis subsequently, it is found that there are errors in what we are going to pass today, then the country will be forgiven for thinking that we, hon. Members, are not hardworking, and are simply voting machines."
