After the resolution was passed, one particular councillor, by the name of Michael Odongo Wathiaga, requested the council not to adopt the expenditure of Kshs350,000 and the matter has been referred back to the Finance Committee. So, really, that is an issue of the council and not for us. Until that issue has been resolved and the Finance Committee has approved, I think there is really nothing much we can do."
