    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Question which was put to me does not refer to beach boys or how the local community will benefit from local tourism. My answer was specific to the Question that was put to me. Nevertheless, there are over 2,400 registered beach boys and we have allocated Kshs150 million in this Budget to cater for them. I hope the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance will release that money so that we can address the issues that affect them. We need to designate a place where they can do business and interact with the tourists. That is what we are doing through the small- scale industries that we support in Coast Province."
