    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to also point out that an issue has been raised by hon. Midiwo that we adopt the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) approach. These are some of the issues that are informing the design of KKV II; apparently, it has come out that it can be designed better, so that we get more value for money. Some of the concerns or positive experiences under CDF are also going to be taken on board when considering the roll out of KKV II."
