    "content": "The claimants went to court seeking to quash the PWC contract with the Ministry of Finance to conduct forensic investigations on the grounds that under the Anti Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the KACC was the only body statutorily empowered to undertake such investigations. The High Court on 10th July 2008 quashed the PWC contract in respect of the forensic investigations arising out of the contract. The Notice of Appeal was filed on 22nd July 2008 and the request for the certified copies of the proceedings filed on the same date."
