She is talking about culture, heritage and languages. I have listened to her keenly and I am following closely because she is a professor and we are in the same Standing Committee on Education. What is the need of ICT in every ward? With ICT, I can read every document. However, museums have old encyclopedia, which are not updated if that is the situation. I do not understand why we are talking about our heritage and culture when talking about library. I thought we can deal with this matter with the new technology."
