As I second, I beg your indulgence to allow me to take this opportunity to thank the Members who stayed on until very late yesterday afternoon to conclude this Appropriation Bill. For the benefit of those who were not in the House, we now have appropriated resources for our Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs). I am glad that part of that money touches on some of the pertinent issues in the country that Members have been petitioned on, including the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) for our healthcare and university workers.
