    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when these contracts were entered, the Attorney- General’s opinion was sought by the various Government departments. The opinion that he gave was in a way that he gave a go-ahead on the performance of these contracts. That being the case, and in view of the matters that are pending in court, does the Attorney- General believe that he is morally right to prosecute these cases until they are completely determined by the court? This is because he is the Principal Government Legal Adviser and at the same time, the prosecutor."
