"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for this opportunity. I wish to join my colleagues in congratulating those elected as Chairs and Vice- Chairs. In particular, I was given a second chance to be the Vice-Chair of the Implementation Committee. Besides thanking you, I also want to praise Members of Parliament for being sensitive to persons living with disability. Being given a position for the second time means that we are becoming sensitive to those who are PWDs, and I want to say congratulations. Thank you, and I look forward to serving this Committee with all my ability. I believe we will achieve the best results by the end of this Parliament. Thank you."
