    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to welcome all students into Parliament, especially Rarakwa Girls from my constituency. It is one of the very few girls’ schools. We only have three girls’ schools in Kigumo. I want to encourage them and let them know that they have an opportunity to learn and come to sit where we sit currently. They have been doing very well in exams. I wish them well and a safe journey back home. Thank you."
