    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Attorney-General to tell the House and I am very glad he has said that he can fight, looking at the cases enumerated; number one to ten, the cases that relate to the High Court in Kenya, it is clear that from numbers one to six, the applicants who are the Anglo Leasers, we able to quickly obtain orders to stop investigations. Why has the Attorney-General not taken advantage of the rules gazetted by the Chief Justice in January, 2006 to ensure that these cases are heard and concluded to enable the investigation agencies to proceed with investigations and also to enable prosecution of those cases?"
